I was giggling inside when I interrogated Chloe, my 9 year old, on zero notice this morning about which essential oils and products she uses everyday. (She surprised me with some of her responses!)

I would describe myself as your typical go-getter. I didn’t know it was a symptom then, I thought I was just tired. I remember coming home from work and just wanting to lay on the couch and rest.  This was not like me. I was the type that spent a day at work and right to the gym, every day of the week, since college.
