WEEK 4: WATCH THIS VIDEO FIRST!

Welcome to Week 4…You did it!

You committed to making small changes over the course of 4 weeks to support your ENTIRE body + mind to lose weight and feel awesome.

And you’ve done it.

Did everything go perfectly as you planned over the last 3 weeks?

Probably not.

Are you still here on Week 4 learning more and working on your goal?

Yep, you are.

Which means you’ve already succeeded, my friend. Congratulations!

But before we get to the good stuff this week, I want to make sure you know a few things:

  1. We aren’t changing your walk/jog/run plans this week. You know what’s feeling good and working for you by now, so stick to it and keep going!

  2. If you’re ready to crank things up a notch, go back through each week’s lessons and re-watch the videos while you move up to the next level of jogging or running. You will “hear” things differently the second time around that will make sense in a new way and inspire you to tweak your actions…I promise!

  3. The emails and feedback I usually receive as you come into Week 4 of this program is typically about how much the mental clarity and focus has improved along with the physical progress. Is that true for you as well? Come and tell us about your big Wins in the Community!

  4. We’ve been reducing inflammation all over your body this month, and the effects show up in benefits that can’t be seen from just weighing on the scale. Sneaky, right?

  5. Not sure how much progress you’ve made with that inflammation reduction so far? That’s why we do the Symptom Survey Questionnaire! Before you move on to Part 2, complete a NEW SSQ using how you feel in the last 7-14 days. You’ll be comparing the results to your initial SSQ from Week 1 to measure how far you’ve come in just 3 short weeks.

Before you go any further, you need to fill out the
Symptom Survey Questionnaire again and get your Week 4 score.

**Important: Do not look at your Week 1 scores before taking the new one! You want to be totally un-biased in your answers.

WEEK 4: PART 2 (I’M GETTING THE HANG OF THIS! NOW WHAT?)

You’re getting the hang of the basics to support your body for long term health and vitality, which is awesome.

Isn’t it amazing how quickly you FEEL better with just a few basic tweaks? Our bodies are truly incredible.

We can’t deny, however, that our STRESSFUL LIFESTYLES make it harder for our bodies to bounce back than it needs to be.

Your homework, as you continue to make the simple habits we’ve learned over the last 3 weeks second nature in your life, is to be mindful of your biggest life stressors and day-to-day stress level.

It’s way easier to eliminate sugar than it is to eliminate those big stressors, but it’s equally important!

LET ME REMIND YOU ABOUT WHAT THIS VICIOUS CYCLE LOOKS LIKE:

High stress levels —> more cortisol release —> more cravings and less quality sleep —> digestive imbalances and less energy —> more fat storage —> more stress —> repeat.

This cycle is no bueno for your weight loss goals OR living a balanced and fulfilling life. Everything is connected, remember?!


SO WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?

Like I said in the Part 2 video, (watch it above!) this is a 101 level course. It’s Step 1.

AFTER YEARS OF SCHOOL + HUNDREDS OF HOURS CONSUMING AMAZING BOOKS, PODCASTS AND ADVANCED TRAININGS THAT I HAVE ATTENDED ON HOLISTIC HEALTH TOPICS, I HAVE A LOT TO SHARE!

But before you jump into either one of those, I have to clarify that they are TOTALLY OPTIONAL!

You don’t need to do anything more than you already have done here in Weight Loss 101.

Since this is one of the most common questions that comes into my inbox, I thought it would be good to do a whole video on which essential oils can support healthy weight.

WEEK 4: PART 4 (OPTIONAL CLEANSE + RESTORE PROTOCOL)

The home stretch! Phase 3!!

Eeeeekkkk….I am so excited for you to experience the after-cleanse BLISS when your body gets rid of a bunch of YUCK.

I bet you’re already feeling it after Phase 2, aren’t you?

I usually hear feedback that mental clarity, focus, and energy are through the roof by the time Phase 3 starts, and we haven’t even finished, yet!

Now that Phase 3 is finally here, you’re going to be focusing on supporting healthy cell regeneration and balance in your gut biome. Your body is thanking you right about now…can you feel it? :)

PHASE 3 (Days 21-30):

LEMON OIL + WATER: 1-2 drops per 8oz of water at least 5 times a day. This will help naturally cleanse the body internally and aids in digestion. **Do not put Lemon EO into a plastic glass or water bottle! Only glass or stainless steel.

LIFELONG VITALITY PACK: 2-4 capsules per day of each Lifelong Vitality supplement taken with meals **I recommend starting with 1 capsule of each at a time and then increasing to 2 capsules of each twice a day for a total of 4 capsules/day.

ZENDOCRINE COMPLEX: 1 capsule with AM + PM meals for a total of 2 capsules per day. This botanical blend supports the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs and skin…which are all responsible for eliminating toxins from your body.

TERRAZYME: 1 capsule on an empty stomach AM + PM (optional) but for sure you want to take 1 capsule with each meal for a total of 3-5 capsules per day. These digestive enzymes will help aid the digestion of food and absorption of nutrients.

PB ASSIST: 3 capsules with PM meals for a total of 3 capsules per day for 10 days, and after that 1 capsule per day. Continue daily after the cleanse completion.

DDR PRIME: 1 softgel with AM and PM meals for a total of 2 softgels per day for 10 days. Continue daily after the cleanse completion.

You’ll be following the Phase 3 plan for days 21-30, which start this week. The only difference from Phase 2 is the removal of the GX Assist softgels and addition of 3 PB Assist probiotics + 2 DDR Prime softgels per day. (See timing above.)

Easy peasy but don’t underestimate the power of this support…your body will thank you!
